Fashion Forum #7: Accepting Transformation in the Industry

The seventh Fashion Forum is scheduled on April 24, 2024. Bruno Le Maire, Minister of Economy, Finance, and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, and Rachida Dati, Minister of Culture, cordially invite fashion professionals to Fashion Forum #7, which will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Palais de Tokyo (513 avenue du Président Wilson, 75116 Paris).

For reference, Lyne Cohen-Solal proposed and launched the Fashion Forum on December 6, 2016, in the presence of Audrey Azoulay, Minister of Culture and Communication, and Christophe Sirugue, Secretary of State for Industry. Except for the years affected by Covid, the Fashion Forum has been held annually since then, bringing together a diverse range of industry leaders around common topics.

In 2023, there was an opportunity to evaluate the sector and consider its future. “The value of fashion in a changing world” was the focus of this first physical and live edition since the shutdown.

The chosen theme for April 24, 2024, is “Fashion in Transformation,” which incorporates the problems the sector must face in a variety of areas, including combatting the carbon footprint, the evolution of distribution networks, the proposed ban against ultra-fast fashion, artificial intelligence, and so on. A more full program will be available later.
