Beginning on January 16 and running for six days, starting on January 21st, 2024, Paris Men’s Fashion Week will return for the Fall-Winter 2024–2025 season. A tentative itinerary of 74 events, including 42 runway shows and 32 presentations, is planned. The schedule is a little looser than it was last year, but it will still be fast-paced.
Renowned premium brands, like Givenchy, Valentino, Loewe, Dior Men, and Louis Vuitton, will be present. Olivier Rousteing at Balmain and Serhat Isik and Benjamin Huseby for GmbH are two notable comebacks. New designers including Steven Passaro, Valette Studio, and Jeanne Friot, who are familiar with Sphère’s winter program—the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode’s incubator—will also present their designs.
Highlights of January 2024 include the highly anticipated Givenchy presentation following the retirement of artistic director Matthew Williams, Pharrell Williams’ Fall-Winter 2024–2025 catwalk in Paris on January 16, and the winter collections return of Balmain and Valentino.
Although Saint Laurent and Celine are not scheduled to appear, Maison Margiela will be back for the haute couture shows beginning on January 22nd, but will not be present for the men’s ready-to-wear. Grace Wales Bonner made her runway debut in a private residence on Place Vendôme last January, and she is now in her second year of runway displays in Paris.
January 2024 will see Sphère continue to present potential talent, with well-known actors like Jeanne Friot, Steven Passaro, C.R.E.O.L.E., and Arthur Robert. This season also marks the introduction of newcomers from outside of Sphère, such as Auralee, Winnie, Ziuggi, Karu Research, and Meta Campania Collective.
